This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending Coachella with Herbal Essences Body Wash. Bloggers, An of Haute Pink Pretty, McKenna of McKenna Blue, and Gabi of Gabi Fresh and I spent our days laying in the grass listening to the sounds of our favorite artists. I was so thrilled to have a chance to hear Bastille, Ellie Goulding and Pharrell. There's nothing like seeing and hearing your favorite singers perform live.  We also had the chance to discover new bands such as Tom Odell and Group love. One of the most unique parts about this experience was staying in a tent. Sure, it wasn't a normal tenant, it was one of the Safari tents that you can rent out for the weekend and it was fully equipped with beds nightstands etc. It definitely added to the cool Coachella vibe. It was so wonderful having the chance to make three new friends and being able to work with Crowdtap, a company that connects bloggers with brands.

During my three-day stay, I styled looks that were light, bright and fun for the festival. It's important to wear clothes that are breathable and comfortable since it gets close to 100 degrees at times. I accessorized with lots of sun hats to keep me cool and shaded. It was certainly a fun filled couple of days!

I hope you're having a great week so far! Thanks for reading.

Happy Tuesday everyone!
I have been obsessing over floral ever since the start of spring because it's not a print that you see much (or ever, really) in the fall. So when I scored this ultra feminine white blazer at a cute little shop in Pasadena, I just knew that I had to style it two ways to showcase it's versatility. First, I dressed it up with a romantic blue dress with rosette details and paired it with chic silver accessories. Then for my second look, I paired it with white denim and a green silk blouse to create a casual summer suiting look.

Are you obsessing over feminine floral prints as much as I am?

Thanks so much for reading!

Happy Monday everyone!
After a long weekend spent in Palm Springs at Coachella with Herbal Essences, it's definitely good to be home. I had such a great time capturing the life of the festival with my iphone and sharing pictures on Instagram. I'm excited to do a full recap on Wednesday!

For today's look, I kept things simple pairing a black lace crop top with a matching skirt. I'm sure you already know how much I love matching separates by now, and this combination is no exception. I added in my favorite green suede pumps for a pop of color and accessorized with sparkly gold jewelry and a matching clutch.

Have a lovely day! Thank you for visiting me!

Spring Color Blocking

Top: Target, Pants: River Island, Belt: Vintage, Bracelets: Asos, Gorjana Griffin, Charming Charlie & Lola Blue, Sunglasses: Heavenly Couture, Necklace: Charlotte Russe, Shoes: Charlotte Russe (also loving them in black), Bag: Dolce & Gabbana
Photos by: Danny Fung

For today's look I went with one of my favorite spring trends -- color blocking. I paired royal blue trousers with a bright coral top and added in a leopard bag for a pop of print. Color blocking is one of those trends that is perfect for almost any occasion because it can be easily dressed up or down. To make this look more office appropriate simply add in a black blazer and black pointed toed pumps.

The Perfect Fit

Top: Apt. 9 Kohls c/o, Pants: Kohls, Necklace: Nordstrom Rack, Earrings: H&M, Sunglasses: Charlotte Russe, Watch: Kessaris Quartz, Bracelet: Sole Society, Bag: Jennifer Lopez for Kohls (similar), Shoes: Charles David

As a stylist, I know that what goes under your clothes is just as important as what you're wearing on top. So when Kohl's reached out to me about doing a story on bras I was excited to share some of my knowledge. Being a bustier girl, I typically go for bras that minimize. No, that's not a typo. When I go to the bra department and ask to be pointed to the section with no padding the sales girls typically look at me like I'm crazy. Yes, I like thin bras with no padding and no push-up, and full disclosure, I'm even guilty of often times reaching for sports bras. So when I discovered the Maiden Form "Comfort Devotion" collection I was thrilled -- tissue thin, maximum coverage and of course, unbelievable comfort. I then used their measurement tool as a guide to help me find the perfect fit and now I'm so happy to kiss my sports bras goodbye! You can use the code: BRA15 at Checkout to get 15% off. Good until 4/23/14

Do you have trouble finding good undergarments?

Thanks so much for visiting!
